Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing work for AbleStage.

Try Before Paying

AbleStage includes a beta trial so you can test the app, your hardware, and your workflow before buying. Please use the trial before relying on the app for a live event.

Beta Refund Window

During beta, paid licenses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been used for a production show and the request is reasonable. Contact support with your Stripe receipt email and license key.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past billing periods unless required by law or separately approved.

Perpetual Licenses

A perpetual license covers the versions included in your purchase and update period. Refunds for perpetual licenses follow the beta refund window unless a mandatory consumer right gives you a longer or different remedy.

When Refunds May Be Declined

Refunds may be declined for abuse, chargeback misuse, license sharing, attempts to bypass licensing, or requests made after substantial use beyond the refund window.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ablestage.com with the purchase email, license key, purchase date, platform, and a short description of the issue.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or charged back, the related license may be suspended while the payment provider reviews the case.
